It's been a long while since I have seen this video. I really like the throwing drills and it's good to be reminded of them. His student is showing a really good example of what a "live" arm looks like. I wonder what ever became of her as a tennis player?

Yes great stuff there. Love his "pronation pops", the pronation into the fence, and the choking up on the grip to accentuate learning the correct action.

Agree with everyone here. Fantastic material. I was never a pitcher, quarterback, javelin thrower, or even a decent baseball infielder. Really helpful.
