Brazilian Teen Wins ATP 500 for Second Title
Joao Fonseca kept Alejandro Davidovich Fokina from his first title 6-3, 6-4 in Basel. At 19 years old, Joao is the third-youngest player to win an ATP 500 title since the series began in 2009. Fokina is now 0 for 5 finals, coming close multiple times without getting across the line.

Zverev played about as well as he possibly could. Sinner really just does everything better, except 1st serve. The Sinner fly swapper forehand, so compact and powerful, really hurt Zverev. Fonseca with a great 1st title win. DDF reminds me a bit of of a watered down Ferrer. He is definitely getting the max out of his potential, just as Ferrer did.Comment
