Kyle, a timely article. But teaching movement intelligence? I know it when I see in the " greats", but that is a huge task, but you seem up to the task to tackle it. The part I marvel at is how pros can integrate their emotional and cognitive processes with varying levels of muscle tension that complement rather than hinder. Its like playing tennis under the influence of 3 beers but the head remains unaffected!!,
