Good article! The only thing I would add is a cautionary note about deceleration forces in the follow through. When moving from a linear stroke to a rotational stroke, my back/ hips took the hit to decelerate. It seems that players are developing so much rotational speed now, that many spin out on their front or back foot to decelerate and prevent injury.
