    Hi

Just paid the subscription fee and started to watch the videos.

I have a very high speed connection and a rather high end system and the quality videos are quite frankly bad. They shudder and skip and this causes you to miss important aspects of the video.

Is there any way to improve the quality? Do I need to do something on my end to stop the shuddering and skipping?

Let me know as this will be the fastest subscription service I cancel ever.

That shouldn't be happening. The videos all play beautifully on multiple systems of multiple age and speed. I know because I've seen them all over the world on about every configuration possible.

Are you sure you have the latest version of Quick Time?

It could also be a temporary glitch in the internet pipes. So you might just give it a rest and try again. Other than that not sure what to say. Anyone else wtih ideas?

I'll try to get the latest quick time app.

Sorry to be a bit flippin with my remarks. I really do like the site. Its frustrating to be watching a forehand video and miss what your saying.

Ok well it seems that the videos don't like Firefox.

I used IE and there were no studders FireFox lots of studders.

I use firefox with no problems, but glad you found a way to make it work.

Usually they are both good--might smooth out over time.
