Articles on "Your Strokes" are very good.

The complete turn on the forehand in the first article has helped me tremendously, making my forehand much more powerful, relaxed, and natural. Previously, I was always thinking about my forehand. Now I just let er rip (keeping in mind that I want to keep it smooth) and it is more powerful and consistent.

The article on Mehgan M. was a great follow up to that. I have a tendency to watch players on TV and try to mimic it. This article emphasizes the importance of being deliberate about each part of the stroke I'm trying to emulate. Starting from the ending point of the stroke makes the process much simpler as well.

    Thanks!

I've started using the uni grip to make swinging volleys, both bh/fh, with top spin, and without changing my grip at net, like a continental.
