I have watched a running backhand by Courier.
He does two steps (right foot,left foot) and hits practically open stance
backhand.

I have tried to compare with Ferraro

I agree it does NOT "go well" with a contact WAY OUT in a front.
I would appreciate your feedback on this subject.
