Little problem

Good afternoon,
I have a problem "seeing" one "pattern/video"
I go to Pattern Archive
I go to High Def/Roger Federer
I click first serve video
I click the first item
I get (after 30 secs) a blue circle with a question mark inside
There are two possibilities:
1.the item is missing
or
2.I am missing a component of serve on my laptop
Please let me know what do you think

I have tried to use a search engine against the word Nadal.
I got the message below
Do I do something wrong?
I do NOT understand the error message
PS It is failing on a word backhand as well

This can occur for a number of reasons:

1. The most common reason is that this website has not yet been indexed. That is, the webmaster just recently signed up for this service, but has not completed proper setup. If you are the webmaster and have just signed up for the FreeFind search engine service, visit the FreeFind Control Center and press the "Build Index" tab, and then press the "Index now" link.

2. Another common reason is that the search box was not installed properly on your website. If you have already received the spider completion message, check your HTML and make sure you have included the proper site ID and that the HTML is installed properly on your website.

There is no need to talk about the connectivity. Just go to the site on the phone or the pad. That's it.

As for the other questions I think you are making it far, far too complex. When you see Rick's version I think it will seem much easier. But for me just a strong unit turn, then take the hand and arm slightly outside on a diagonal with the face tilted right and slightly closed. Now pull the butt.

In my mind it's crazy to talk about exact angles of dog pat etc. Compare pro players try to find out exact positions, etc. Make sure that you put the horse before the cart and make a strong body turn with the left arm across and then that simple backswing move.
