Unable to upload video...

Hi John!

Is there any reason for some video clip (or user) to be blocked or not be able to upload the video clip?

Mine (new attempted upload file) is 2.9 MB in size, it is in .mov format and fails to upload with the error message after several attempts...

Few days ago it went just fine... And as a side note - I have removed the original upload due to some compatibility problems with video players used by some (well, most of the) members...

I'm trying to find the video article in which you mentioned Federer's index finger moves as he goes into the racket drop. Can't find which one it is. Do you remember which one it is?

Rear Foot Push Off

John,
In your most recent presentation on the serve you state that most players push off the back leg to start the leg drive. I have no feel for this at all since I shift most of my weight on to my front foot and then push off my front foot. Please explain how the back leg drive works.
