    The stick comes 320g unstrung. STring weighs 15g. Overgrip weighs 5g. There is lead at 12 all the way around to 3 and 9 oclock, and silicone in the butt handle, bringing it up to 360g strung, gripped.

      Hi Geoff, Thanks for that. I always thought that if you wanted to volley a lot that you need a head light racquet that is manoeuvrable and therefore you put the weight towards the handle. Peter

        Sure. Sampras was a great volleyer. His stick weighed 384g, head heavy. Of course, he got a lot of pop ups with the best serve of all time! Head light sticks are advisable for us mortals who cannot serve like a zen master. Better players, in the 5.0 range and up, should look into using a heavier stick. More plow through causes less injuries, not more, but is harder to maneuver at net.
