Confused with Bob Hansens article

I am reviewing Bob Hansens article in the "Footwork" section. In the forehand volley segment under "initial movement" paragraphs one, two and three points
out the inside and the outside foot. Isn't the outside foot the foot that's on the same side as the ball and the inside foot is the opposite foot that you push off of? I am assuming this is two step volley.

Yeah it should say the right foot, not the left! Good catch. The terminology is right in the caption but not the text.
