Dip and Roll 2 Hander

I hope you get this. I was reviewing your video on the various two-handers and you used the term "dip and roll". Could you give me some detail about the roll part. Is it a windshield action? I coach and would like to be specific. Also, I use a one-hander and it is hard for me the get the feel for what the roll would be for a two-hander. Thanks.

Ralph that's all explained pretty clearly in the article and yeah please post for me in my section. The roll is the forward rotation of the forearms in the forward swing and again the differences in the wiper with the forehand are explained in detail in the article.
