Yes this series has a certain matter of fact tone that really let's the facts speek more for themselves than if there were a lot of adjectives and rants about injustice etc. I am sure there is also much left untold, maybe about his family, but the struggle really seems pretty heroic at this point.

Yes he played Davis Cup for his country, then shortly thereafter in Texas, while on tour, he was not allowed into a bar because he was a Mexican...
