this is one of the nicest clips I've seen to show Gonzales' weight transfer. In particular, check the clip at 1:22 which gives you a good baseline view of his full service motion: weight goes from front to back to even as the hands go down and then forward again as he tosses the ball; just like Stich. Hands down/weight back, hands up/weight forward.
