Once again, that's all he said about it. Here are my tips mentally, technique wise. Lead arm hits us all at times, even Fed! But then, I would go the other way and list all my thoughts on it. Defending the contact point, extension of it, footwork, relaxing the upper core rotation, deciding to be invulnerable to pressure, using a more careful style, more net clearance, etc. rather than saying, "Play people you know you are going to beat.", as if that will help you beat people you know you won't.
