John got an article published in this months 15-30.

Showed how similar all the pros unit turns are, with short clips of identical side ways turns off the fh side. Congratulations, John.

I would compare the top pros serves, in the same clip side by side, such as Raonic, Isner, Federer, and take backs, serve returns, one hand back hands, all short clips running simultaneously. Let the viewer see similarities. Call it: the unit turn, the serve, the fh return, the bh return, etc. And do the same with the overheads, the volleys, of the top guys on those shots.

But won't this encourage sheeple? What if you've got to run 30 feet? Wouldn't it be quicker to adjust all the body parts along the way? That said, I admit that a gravity step might get you off to a good start with starter block acceleration, and a gravity step is a form of unit turn, I guess.
