I am using google chrome? Do I need special plug in's or software guys? Help?

Make sure your Adobe Flash is up to date. Chrome won't tell you that, you have to check yourself.

Better still use Safari. Safari will reliably tell you if anything (Adobe Flash) is out of date. Safari is the best browser for this website.

Plus Quick Time for the stroke archives. The world is complex and stupid...but thank god you can still access Tennisplayer...
