I'm impressed....I'm thrilled that Monsieur Cayer covered more than simple strategic elements. He took it a step or two further by cogently covering the various combinations of playing styles within teams. Effectively incorporating divergent styles on any team can be a challenge, from the club levels to the college and tour level as well, and Coach Cayer provided a lot of positive advice so players can not only use their strengths well, but also use teamwork as a weapon. Well done. OR as they say in Texas, Yippee Cayer.
