Let's get your thoughts on the latest on Jim Loehr's The Only Way to Win series: "The Private Voice"

I sure wish i would have had access to this series of videos growing up. At the end of the day, the majority of work we do with kids revolves around work ethic, conduct, and the spirit of competition. This series should be required reading for both kids and parents....Great stuff.

I really like this idea of developing the individual as well as the player. At the end of the day the best thing a man can be in life is a good bloke.

At our first day at school, our first day in a new job, our first time in any new environment, we're insecure, and the first thing we reach for is the nearest kind person, if we can find one. That kind person makes all the difference.

The tennis isn't that important, being a decent bloke is.

I'd love to know who the boxer is in the photograph.

Is there one behind Jim or something in his office?

Yes, on the shelf, a photo of a boxer sitting in the corner of the ring having a drink with the trainer leaning over the ropes. Is it just me or can anyone see make out the boxer in the photo?

One of the other photos looks like a bunch of golfers. Clearly, Jim is a fan of many sports.
