Tennis after appendicitis

Just got operated tuesday for appendicitis. Minimally invasive, just three small cuts. will ask the doctor, but does anybody know how long till i can go play tennis? I feel fine.

Not sure, but I'd wait for a few days. Antibiotics are not good for the immune system. May have weakened it.

Doctor told me no tennis for three weeks.

Any articles out there on the effect of great serving and proper racquet drop position sans appendix? Maybe it was that vestigial structure that was holding you back?

Every time I lose an appendix, I serve better.
