    Problems viewing videos

    First post....

Hey everyone, new member here I am having problems viewing any of the videos on the site, the box just stays black. I have attempted to download plugins, view on other peoples laptops but it still remains black...its probably something basic so hopefully someone can help.

What browser do you use? Have you tried Safari?

            Hi,

What computer are you on, Mac vs. PC, if Mac, what version of the OS do you have? Yosemite or El Capitan? If you are using the Chrome browser, you will have to go to settings and turn on the plug-ins, as Chrome now requires that the plug-ins are manually turned on. This includes Flash, or Quicktime.

Let me know if I can help.

            Thanks,
            Giancarlo
