Got myself a Fitbit Charger HR. Great for tennis too, because it gives you a graph of your heartbeats during the time you played.

Switch it off, Phil. My son bought me a similar Nike gadget. Mine counts calories and steps taken and kilometres run, etc. I ended up checking it every 10 minutes. It starts to get obsessive. It took over my life. I ended up throwing it in the bin.....Got myself a Fitbit Charger HR. Great for tennis too, because it gives you a graph of your heartbeats during the time you played.

Apropos steps per day: https://blog.cardiogr.am/2016/02/12/...steps-a-day-2/
The article has allowed me to consider my two hours a week (minimum) at +130 BPM sufficient for cardio. The two hours occurs as 30 minutes at +130 in each of four sessions. I'm thinking of selling my treadmill. Laugh.Comment

I received one as a gift. It only lasted a week before it broke. Up early and on court all day It couldn't keep up with me. I would start to patronize it and tell it that it needed to start moving or else. I don't think it liked that.
