An argument recently came up at my local tennis club. When a player is receiving a serve from baseline, can he/she move around, shuffle the feets, poke the tongue out and spin the racquet during the service motion? What if the receiver's double partner is doing this?

Not my area of expertise, really.... But get the USTA rule/handbook with the Code though. It may be online somewhere too. I believe what you are describing would be considered a "hinder."
Anyone else know this for sure??
