Having studied your articles on Federer's forehand I now realize that the power palm position that top players go to just prior to hitting the ball has not been explained properly by club coaches. I have spent a few hours on my ball machine hitting lots of forehands trying to copy exactly how Roger does it and I must say the results are fantastic,I dont think that Roger has to worry about me yet but my club friends are seeing the differece. So in summary I think that the subject of terminolgy should be addresed as I think that most coaches dont know how to teach it correctly and most I not as lucky as me to have found you amazing site!!!
