4.5 player needs help

I am currently playing at 4.5 level and trying to move to 5.0 and above. However I think footwork is the biggest part that keeps me from moving up. All my strokes seems fine with techniques but it is my footwork that keeps me from hittting right sometime. Do you have any ideas how I can develop or trained my footwork better. I do not have time and money for good instructor but I can work and hit 2 times/ week

I will have to agree with Kurt. In the Footwork section, we have articles covering almost every aspect of basic and advanced movement.
