    Wing span/Stridelength

    I suspect that a contributing factor(although small) to Federer's positioning skills is his stride length and wing span. Anybody ever see any anthropometric data on the pros?

    No, but Federer's forehand technique sure does help him to take the ball from way out to the side when he wants to.

      I agree. I mean his body is probably ideal for tennis. The only thing would be a bit more shoulder flexibility.
