        This was a great video article. It covers lots of ground and things are explained succinctly and well.

        The back foot thing is really significant. Having used lateral pinpoint all my life, then experimenting with platform and pushing up with the rear foot, the difference is immense. Using the rear foot to push spreads the load infinitely better and you get power more easily, more efficiently. I find the biggest difference is on the second serve.

        I may post a video when I get the chance of my lateral pinpoint serve versus my platform stance where I am visibly using the rear foot more. The difference is significant and backs up Dr Ben Kibler's claims.

        How about getting Ben on the forum to take a look if I do it?
