Bailey"s one and two foot pivot moves make perfect sense because of their efficiency of motion and power in using large muscles. I am beginning to understand the difficulties(for me at least) in unlearning the old and learning the new as the transition is complicated with, not only stroke mechanics, but the footwork and specific muscular conditioning(especially core rotation and glutes) that are needed to support the strokes.
