Kerry Mitchell Articles on True Alignment

I have just read Kerry Mitchell's article on true alignment for the first time, and they are outstandingly insightful and good. I have all the elements of the modern forehand, with ball speed up to 85mph and RMP up to 3000, but feel that the stroke has more to offer. And I think that the hips counter action to the shoulder rotation is the answer to both generating, and then locking, in true power. Sometimes it just takes one small piece to complete the puzzle and this is it.
