Malcolm Gladwell is a gifted writer - and a terrific pitchman. But, anyone can show up for 10,000 hours - anyone!

It takes # 1 genetics from mom - dad, # 2 craftsmanship, # 3 artistic ability, # 4 heart - soul - wind and fire, # 5 perfectionism, # 6 ability not to fear failure or rejection and # 7 resilience, hope and determination that defy the norm, and we haven't even got to 8, 9, 10, 11 and 100 yet.
