A good article, informative and well written. Kramer was certainly a considerable businessman. I wish I had some of that in me. What a strange relationship he had with Gonzales. They were intertwined and needed each other yet Kramer always managed to get the lion's share and kept things that way by stealth. No wonder Gonzales had a chip on his shoulder.
