Thanks for the links. If we filmed your two instructors it would be interesting to see how what they believed matched what they actually did. (Maybe perfectly...) I'll check out the links. It's ironic because the usual argument is about snapping forward with the wrist. Just goes to show how much diversity of opinion is out there.
