Great article needed to remind us that tennis is mental but not verbal. I struggled a lot with this in the past because I tend to think in words to myself. It's not that I cannot think in images but that life for an adult is filled with words.
My daughter often complains that I talk to much on the tennis court.
Maybe today I will try to remind her what to do visually rather than verbally.
Thanks for reminding us the power of visualization.
