neutral grip in ready position

hello i have tried applying the neutral grip in ready position but it seems to take more time for me to switch to my regular groundstrokes grip and plus i rlly dont know when to change the grip during the unit turn or ........ and any suggestion on which grip to use as a neutral grip

What are your groundstroke grips? Is your backhand one hand or two hands?

The grip shift regardless should start at the first instant of the unit turn.

my groundstroke grips are a modified eastern grip for the forehandside an strong eastern backhand for my one hander
