A good article that certainly examines the various methods of ball toss. Personally, I really like the toss arm to come from a deep position. I love the way Roger 'hangs' his arms in a relaxed way before setting his serve in motion. McEnroe did similar. I realise this is not advisable for club players but for me works great at pro level.
